Foreclosures filing set record in April, RealtyTrac says - May. 14, 2008
This is a national report, but it says two things in my view:
1. People who need or want to sell their homes are going to have a challenging time of it for a while yet.
2. Those who want to buy a home are going to be able to pick up some relative bargains as the banks unload their foreclosed properties.
